Fully aware that, as the market grows more competitive by the day, Quality also takes on an increasingly predominant role in a company’s operation and success, NEMUS holds a Certification in Quality, since 2002. This Certification was issued by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and regards “consultancy, studies and projects in the environment, nature conservation and landscape assessment and management”.
NEMUS’ Quality Management System, which undergoes constant revision and auditing, embodies the ISO 9001:2008 Standard’s requirements and principles. Furthermore, it relies on a powerful and permanently updated data management computer network, thus ensuring the ultimate quality of every work done, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to and meet the clients’ demands.
In accordance with its Quality Policy, NEMUS fosters and seeks the continuous improvement of its processes, namely by monitoring the company’s performance, the staff’s further training needs and the clients’ satisfaction levels, whose feedback documentation is available for consultation and frequently audited by DNV.
