Since 2009 Nemus has been developing technical advisory work for the contact point of the European Network for Rural Development at the European Commission – DG AGRI. For its complexity and implementation period, what stood out was the set of summary sheets prepared by Nemus about the mistakes of the managing authorities for rural development programs of the Member States in the fulfillment of report indicators about the execution, results and impacts of these programs.
Nemus’ participation also included a synthesis of the four rural development programs for Portugal: Continental Portugal, Madeira, Azores and National Rural Network. This synthesis was considered best practice in Kantor’s network of consultants and has been applied to the data processing of other Member States with multiple rural development programs. The quality of the work done for Kantor led to the subsequent hiring of Nemus by other DG AGRI consultants.
